Crafted excellence

If you were around the punk scene in the late 70s early 80s in Australia, this is for you. She takes you back to the places you knew, interviewing for history, rather than to massage musician’s egos. If you weren’t, but are a fan of the (specific) music of the time, you’ll learn more about the minds of the people that made it.

Awesome Podcast!

I hang for each episode in this podcast … a journey through my own musical landscape so the familiarity is in my bones. It’s possibly the best podcast I’ve tapped into. Kirsten’s song choices, interview subjects and the great balance between spoken word

Brilliiant podcast

The Wide Open Road episode about David McComb and The Triffids was very thorough, insightful and quite moving. I loved the inclusion of David's poems and of some old interviews with him. Listening to him speaking honestly gave me chills. Also so good to listen to all of the other Triffids. Beautifully produced podcast.
