    It's hard to reconcile that another year has flown by and we are in December already. This final edition of UP! for 2024 has a blend of house and club tracks to keep you dancing into the New Year. The set kicks off with Alok's new track "Body Talk" then moves into 7th Heaven's new remix of their classic track "This Is Your Life". Dirty Disco features four remixes here, the first being "Set Yourself Free" by Celeda. A smooth house mix that glides along. Mark also does remix duties on tracks for Lady Gaga, BB Hayes and Cher. I'm really looking forward to the release of the fourth installment of his Pop Classics Reworked early in 2025. Division 4 delivers a punchy mix of Tate McRae's "It's Ok I'm Ok" as does Robbie Rivera on "Your Kinda Love". Drew G (working here as Drew Gilbert) spins Katy Perry's track "Crush" into dance floor heaven and Robbie Carrigan delivers a power house new mix of "Live You All Over" by Deborah Cooper. The Edson Pride remix of Kylie's "Lights Camera Action" is an anthem and 7th Heaven once again bring their unique skills to a cover of Cher's "You Haven't Seen The Last Of Me". Cher herself teams up with Kelly Clarkson to close out the set with "DJ Play Me A Christmas Song". That's as festive as I get this time of the year :) I wish all my listeners and the crew at podomatic a safe and happy holiday season. See you in 2025.     I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to summer Down Under :) In celebration of it's approach, I've put together a delicious set of summer inspired house tracks and big room bangin' anthems. The set kicks off with three house infused tracks from Melanie Masson, 808 Beach and Sigala respectively. Sagi Kariv delivers a decidedly different sound for him on his track "Feel It" and the always amazing Division 4 puts his unique spin on Belly Dancer". Dirty (the man can do no wrong) Disco pumps out three awesome mixes for Gracie Abrams (daughter of director JJ Abrams) and Charli XCX as well as Kylie Minogue's new track "Lights Camera Action". So excited I've got tickets to see her in Sydney in March next year.  Wayne G. & Andy Allder turn Paul Hetherington's "Thrill Of The Chase" into a dance floor anthem. From here we move into big room/circuit territory with thumping club mixes of "Espresso" by Sabrina Carpenter, and "Disease" by Lady Gaga to close out the set. I found the horrific results of the USA election to be very off putting so I needed to focus on good vibes with this set.     The October '24 edition of UP! has uplifting pop anthems and thumping club anthems. The set kicks off with Sabrina Carpenter's "Taste" and runs into the sublime Division 4 cover of "Young Hearts Run Free". There are a couple of chunky house tracks from Illyus & Barrientos and Preston Wayne respectively before hitting 3 back to back Dirty Disco remixes. I'm very excited to hear Kylie Minogue's new album Tension II and if the lead single "Lights Camera Action" is any indication, it's gonna be huge. HenriqMoraes turns in 2 power mixes for Billie Eilish and Becky Hill respectively and the always amazing Toy Armada & Jace M work their magic on Lady Gaga's "Is That Alright". The set closes out with a classic Nina Sky track from the Naughties. Summer is on it's way in the south of the globe and I can't wait.     Taylor Swift has proven herself to be one of the most enduring pop stars of this millennium. Her Eras World Tour broke all sales and attendance records and her global popularity keeps escalating. Her music speaks to a generation of fans and she somehow still manages to come across as personable and relatable. I have used so much of her music in my sets and have produced three full Essential Taylor Swift episodes. This time I wanted to focus on two remix artists who have produced some of the most beautiful and uplifting remixes of her songs. They are Russ Rich and Andy Allder. Russ is a DJ/Producer based in San Francisco who has played at many clubs and events in and around SF. Russ has teamed up with various other producers such as Leo Frappier and produced countless amazing club tracks. Andy is a London based producer who has teamed up with Wayne G and Mark De Lange (Dirty Disco) among other producers and consistently turns out a variety of amazing club mixes. Together, these two have taken Taylor Swift's music and spun it into dance floor gold. Here is the ultimate anthology of their phenomenal work.     The September '24 edition of UP! has a nice blend of house, pop, club and circuit remixes featured on it. It's great to hear some new mixes from Danny Verde. He features two here for Raye and Ofenbach respectively. Billy Porter has a great new song "Leap" mixed here by the always amazing Wayne G. & Andy Allder. Division 4 has covered the classic "Young Hearts Run Free" and Anastacia gives an inspired cover of "Forever Young". Russ Rich & Andy Allder turn in a beautiful mix of Taylor Swift's "Down Bad" and Roberto Ferrari's track "Never Forget" is a club banger. The back end of the set features new music from Katy Perry, Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars and Dario Xavier delivers a beautiful mix of Benson Boone's "Beautiful Things" to close out the set.     The August '24 edition of UP! hits hard from start to finish. Kicking off the set is the awesome Tony Moran remix of "Keep You Waiting" by Max Rae. Tony Moran features another excellent remix later in the set for KRU & Cha Cha Malone. We lost an iconic diva recently with the passing of Evelyn Thomas. She was huge in the club scene particularly in the 80's and 90's with hits like High Energy and Reflections. I've included her later hit "Stick To The Plan" with a brilliant Wayne G & Porl Young remix. The always amazing Dirty Disco features two killer mixes for Chappell Roan and Kesha respectively. Henriq Moraes is turning out some excellent circuit remixes and there are three of his featured here. Becky Hill's "Outside Of love" is one of my favourite songs this year. Toy Armada & Jace M deliver a stellar remix of "Shy Boy" by Carly Rae Jepsen and Kylie Minogue teams up with The Blessed Madonna on "Edge Of Saturday Night". Russ Rich and Andy Allder produce yet another beautiful remix for Taylor Swift's latest, "I Can Do It With A Broken Heart" to close out this month's edition of UP!     The July '24 edition of UP! kicks off with some chunky house tracks then moves into main room and big room club sounds. Starting off is a fantastic Gospel house track from Revival Collective. Division 4 has covered the classic Sheryl Crow song "Soak Up The Sun" with an excellent remix from Daddies Home! It's great to hear some new music from Suzanne Palmer, a vocalist famous particularly in the 90's and 2000's. Kylie Minogue has teamed up with Orville Peck and Diplo on a thumping new track "Midnight Run". Dirty Disco does the remix honors here along with two other tracks from Vanessa Williams and Becky Hill respectively. Russ Rich & Andy Allder turn in a beautiful remix of Taylor Swift's latest "My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys". Henriq Moraes, Toy Armada & Jace M complete the big room duties on tracks from Rita Ora, Loreen, John Summit and Camila Carbello. The energy levels never drop on this slamming edition of UP!     It's time for the men to show out. This brings us to the 19th edition of the men series - focusing on all male artist , specifically with an LGBTQ leaning. This set is filled with classic tracks from the 80's, 90's and beyond all with updated, floor filling remixes. The set starts out in the vocal house arena before quickly planting itself in the club/circuit/big room arena. I wanted this edition to have drive and energy with a focus on uplifting vocals delivering a positive message. There are repurposed tracks from George Michael, Queen, Tears For Fears and Journey mixed in with modern tracks from Troye Sivan, Billy Porter, Lil' Nas X and Jeff Satur. There are so many outstanding remixes featured here from Wayne G. Henriq Moraes, Division 4, 7th Heaven, Guy Scheiman, Danny Verde and of course, the incomparable Dirty Disco & Matt Consola. Close out your Pride month with some amazing male artists.
