Great way into Art and it’s Historical Influence

I’ve never been a huge fan of pre-contemporary art, but here ArtCurious does a great job of really establishing itself with an intriguing and developing narrative as they delve down into artists and their significant works.
The first episode of the Mona Lisa is an amazing way of really drawing us as an audience into building that curiosity, I mean we all know what the Mona Lisa is. As they delve into later episodes they uncover other mysteries and facts about well-known and even not so much recognised artists and their influence.
I really praise this podcast as it gave me a huge insight into a lot of nature’s and themes in play during certain periods.

Great podcast

What a fantastic way to enjoy art and history together. Fascinating stories about people and art bringing it all alive in a very clear way.

Great for beginners

I know nothing about art and wanted to start educating myself with good sources. This is a fantastic podcast that doesn’t ramble on with facts only students of art would understand and gives you a brief history on some of the most prominent figures in the art world. Thank you so much, keep up the great podcast!
