    Welcome to the South Aussie with Cosi Podcast. I’ve always been ‘the big fella, the fat kid, the fat guy’. My whole life I have been addicted to food. The same way a junkie is addicted to drugs. Food was my poison. In November last year I was weighing in at a monster 142kgs. After 5 years I decided that I needed to make a change. I wanted to see my kids grow up. I didn’t want to miss out on the living. This year I underwent surgery that would change the course of my life. I am 35kgs lighter and this is my story….
