A Great Listen

Before Breakfast is a great short listen to brighten your weekdays. Laura is super knowledgeable about time management (mother of 5, Ivy League grad and author) and she has a very soothing voice. Although I’m only 21, I have ADHD so I sometimes struggle to complete tasks, feel overwhelmed and I’m always running late. I feel like I get a lot more out of this podcast than any other. Thanks Laura and keep up the good work.
