In this interview we hear about how running came into his life, from a few hard laps around the block to towing the line at the Athletics Victoria 8km XCR over a very challenging hilly course at Bendigo.

Love your work guys. It’s been awesome to listen to Elise’s preparation of late and the questions from Zacca and Chris are always very considered and prompt some great answers.
Also, I completely agree with Chris’s thoughts regarding the latest Parkrun changes. The next thing to go will be the celebration of 50, 100, 250+ parkrun milestones because that might deter and intimidate first timers!… 😤
