    Stuck in your lease and want to buy a house. You may have options to get out of that lease to purchase your new home! Here’s the thing: the answer is always “no” unless you ask. And there’s zero risk exploring your options, right!? Today during your lunch break, grab your phone and call, text or email your landlord and ask him or her if you have any options or opportunities to “break” your lease. There may be a waiting list for your unit, maybe you could sublet or offer to help find a new tenant?!* And what if. Just WHAT IF your answer was YES!?!!!!
