Not only have we been doing enormous shift work in the world, but each conscious individual has been reinventing the deepest parts of themselves and moving mountains of shadow into the light.     If you've made mistakes, manifested things you didn't really want, messed up or just feel broken, when you cannot forgive yourself, others and the situations you have created, when you are stuck or feel like you cannot move on, use this process to be totally present with self forgiveness. Heal yourself and move beyond limitations. Best to do this process with the meditation once or twice and then when you know the process, sing it yourself, from your heart, for as long as you need to.
