This podcast is all about what it means and what it takes to be successful in advertising other creative industries when you’re from a different ethnic or socio-economic background to the majority. In each episode, Coffee Cocoa Gunpowder co-founder Ant Melder speaks to a creative industry leader from a diverse cultural background. It’s a celebration of diversity that offers inspiration, insight and much-needed role models. Not all guests are strictly ‘brown’ but they are all awesome. All episodes are recorded in Smith & Western’s dedicated podcasting studio in Redfern, Sydney.
