My favourite podcast
I only discovered this podcast in early December 2023 and I’ve listened to every single episode. I have to admit listening to the Covid era podcast triggers the anxiety of those days. However the content is spot on. As a new change I am always learning something and the variety of guests allows me to dig deep into my understanding of change.
I am so grateful that we have this podcast because it helps the community grow.
Highly recommend this podcast to all changies out there!
You had me at Cynefin!
Fantastic episode with Nigel Thurlow, but heartbreaking to hear confirmation about why transformations fail - these are the things I ponder daily. This may sound defeatist, but I’ll just keep trying to make change one person at a time.
The best Change leaders on one Podcast
This is a great podcast for Senior Management, Executives, Change practitioners and all people who want to learn more about organisational change.
