Ask a Change Manager: What are the biggest challenges you face working in change? With Faith Timbs
This is one of the most asked question in Casa de Cambio's 'Introduction to Change Management' workshop, and one of the most requested topics to discuss on the podcast.
Faith Timbs is a change veteran as well as Managing Director of Valiente. She joins Tash to share her take on what the challenges of the job are, what we can do to overcome them, and pitfalls to avoid for new players.
This will be the final episode of Casa de Cambio for 2020. Tash will be taking a break to (hopefully) get out of the house and socialise, maybe even travel a little. But she will be back in 2021 with more episodes and excellent guests! If you enjoyed the podcast this year and listen on Apple, please help her out by giving a 5 star rating and writing a review.

Sexism at work with Leigh and Amy
Its almost the end of 2020, and we would like to think sexism and sexual harassment has no place at work, right? Wrong. Sadly it is still very prevalent. According to a recent survey, 40% of women (and 18% of men) report being sexually harassed at work. This figure hasn't changed since 1982 when reporting started.
From unconscious bias and microaggressions to outright misogyny and harassment, it's still out there and affecting us.
Tash speaks to Leigh and Amy, who generously share their stories of sexism and harassment at work.
We also give our tips and advice for men who want to be better allies to women.
