Hello Patrick and Ben
I listen to many fitness related podcasts but yours is a must listen every single week. This week however, I actually took notes!
As an ageing recreational athlete (54), I have been in denial of my diminishing capabilities for a while . It’s only recently that I have been able to accept that this is my new normal. Your latest podcast has made perfect sense to me and I am ready to hear the truth.

Changed mindset
