Does this host know she has a guest sitting in front of her and the purpose is the ask intriguing questions and make them feel welcome? And not to spend the whole time one-upping your guest with the same stories AW shares every single episode. Seriously, no overstatement to say that AW talks about herself like 75% of the time when she has a guest on. Hard listen for sure. I’d love to hear Allison on another podcast to talk about her interior designing career, building her platform and life etc.
