We kick of 2022 with Josh Noye, for those of you that don't know Josh he's a humble country boy for Jervois and this chat shows no other. Josh has had to overcome several hurdles in his life and his story is full of resilience and a never give in attitude. This is a chat that is definitely worth a listen, I learnt a lot from Josh and I can't thank him enough for taking the time to sit down and chat with me.

Liam Mcbean is an Ex AFL now SANFL superstar and goal kicking machine, but more importantly an amazing person. I absolutely love this bloke and this chat. we cover all things footy but also delve into the person he is away from the game. in recent times Liam has put himself out there with blog writing and has covered some really important topics.
