#32 The Neurodiversity Advantage : A Business Case for Inclusive Change, with Natalie Phillips-Mason

Today's shopping malls work hard to grab our attention. But in their attempts to 'delight' our senses with all their bells and whistles, new findings uncovered in research conducted by today's guest, Natalie Phillips-Mason, reveals today's retail giants might be missing the mark.

I ask the tough questions you've been wanting the answers to around inclusive communication and action, and Natalie shares a wealth of personal stories alongside her professional insights and cutting edge findings. Life changing and mind opening

I’m blown away by this podcast. So much to consider, so much learning, not only in terms of being more mindful in how I support my children through life and learning, but also to apply directly to me, my career and more importantly, my purpose at age 36.

The big challenge with this podcast is that it’s going to take days (weeks?) with one podcast on repeat to feel like I’ve taken each one in. They are so jam packed with big ideas that I feel each 10 minutes of the show requires a good week of thought to really process. Such quality, meaningful, big ideas to process and I don’t want to miss any of them!
