I usually check out the first 15 mins or so. The show notes are really handy with links to various references. Loving the episode on spiritual heartbreak. I hope to hear more of those experiences of getting drawn in, the longing for transcendence and community, the journey through disappointment and embarrassment. Life really hurts so much sometimes and we are so vulnerable. It seems to me that the new mantra is often ‘make sure you get therapy’ after waking up to a coercive group or situation. We can then become dependent on a ‘therapist’ telling us how to feel, understand etc.
