    66. Family Constellations & Astrology: Somatic Integration with Meghan Kelly

In this episode of Constellations and All That, I’m joined by Meghan Kelly, Counseling Astrologer, Family Constellations Trainer & Facilitator, and Somatic Psychotherapist & Traumatologist for a rich and layered conversation exploring the integration of astrology, the nervous system and the family field.  Meghan shares how Constellations became her compass in life, guiding her back to Europe and deepening her understanding of ancestry, trauma and belonging.  We dive into Meghan’s unique creation, AstroConstellations, a powerful blend of Family Constellations and astrology.  Together we explore:  • The morphic field and the intelligence of the family system • Fractals and repeating ancestral patterns • Fate versus destiny — and how consciousness changes the chart • Trauma-informed facilitation and working with freeze • The body as the primary instrument in constellation work • Astrology as a symbolic language within the field  This is a conversation about integration — of body and soul, chart and lineage, science and mystery. At its heart, it’s about humanity and the shared stories that connect us all.  If you’re curious about bringing astrology into constellation work, deepening your somatic awareness, or understanding how inherited patterns live through the nervous system, this episode offers both insight and inspiration.  You can find Meghan at gettotheorigin.com and learn more about her AstroConstellations circles, nervous system courses and facilitator community. 65. The Shadows We Bring Into the Room with Nir Esterman

In this rich and deeply reflective conversation, I’m joined by Nir Esterman teacher of Family Constellations, embodiment practitioner, and developer of Shadow Constellations. Together, we explore what happens beneath the surface of our work as facilitators, therapists, and helping professionals. What we are not in touch with doesn’t simply disappear; it shapes the field. It shapes our clients’ experience. And sometimes, it shapes what becomes possible in a session… or what remains stuck. Nir shares openly about: Growing up as a second-generation to Holocaust survivorsHow intergenerational trauma lives in the body and the fieldBlind spots and facilitator responsibilityThe rescuer–victim–perpetrator dynamicHelplessness and the “silent accomplice”Cultural shadows and collective traumaSexuality, death, and the themes we often avoidHow shadow work increases safety in the roomThis episode is an invitation into maturity, into acknowledging what is present, even when it is uncomfortable, and into understanding that the facilitator is always part of the field. As Nir so beautifully expresses, this work is not about blame. It is about awareness. And awareness creates safety. Upcoming Trainings with Nir Esterman 1. India – Early Prenatal & Incarnation Shadows 🗓 Early April (2.5-day workshop) 2. Shadow Constellations Training – Bali 📍 Ubud, Bali  🗓 April 17–22, 2026 (6 days, in person) Connect with Nir 🌐 Website: www.niresterman.com (You can also search “Shadow Constellations”) Facebook: Nir Esterman I’d love to hear what resonates with you—drop me a message on Instagram @tracy.cartwright  and for more insights visit my website at tracycartwright.co.nz ****  🎙️ Want to join the constellation community or learn more? 62. When Certainty Collapses: Meaning, Myth & the Healing Path with Kristina Dryža

In this week’s conversation, Tracy is joined by Kristina Dryža for a deep and thoughtful exploration of what happens when the structures we rely on begin to fall away. Together, they speak into the spaces many of us find ourselves in moments where certainty dissolves, familiar identities no longer fit, and life invites us into the unknown. Rather than rushing to fix or make sense of these moments, this conversation gently reframes them as meaningful thresholds. Kristina brings a mythic and archetypal lens to the discussion, sharing why stories, symbols, and ancient ways of understanding the human experience matter now more than ever. Tracy weaves this together with her lived experience and constellation perspective, exploring how meaning, ancestry, and belonging support us when logic alone is not enough. This episode is an invitation to slow down, listen, and consider how healing can emerge not from certainty, but from learning to walk alongside uncertainty with curiosity and respect. Kristina also references her TEDx talk, “Archetypes and Mythology: Why They Matter Even More So Today”, which beautifully complements this conversation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2o4PYNroZBY If you are navigating a season of not-knowing, questioning old narratives, or sensing that something deeper is asking for your attention, this conversation offers a spacious place to rest and reflect. 60. When the Heart Leads: Constellations Beyond Method and Into Life with Lucìa Vàzquez

In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy Cartwright is joined by Lucia Vàzquez, a Systemic Family Therapist and Family and Business Constellations Facilitator who integrates ancestral wisdom, the Mayan Calendar, and organisational systems into heart-led constellation work from Mexico, for a deeply heart-led conversation about what it truly means to live constellation work, not just practice it. Lucia shares her philosophy of seeing constellations through the heart, where healing happens beyond the mind, beyond story, and beyond emotion. Together, Tracy and Lucia explore the heart as an intelligence that holds memory, ancestry, soul, and divinity, and how allowing the heart to lead can help us find our rightful place in family, business, relationships, and life itself. This conversation moves gently through themes of ancestral memory, taking one’s place, reconciliation, business and organisational constellations, money and order, and Lucia’s integration of ancient Mayan wisdom and mandalas as living maps of the soul. This episode is an invitation to listen differently, to feel rather than analyse, and to remember that when the heart leads, life begins to reorganise itself with grace.
