153: Forensic Breakthrough: Dawn Fehring - Enhanced Digital Imaging

Dawn Fehring was new to the area and lived alone only to be found dead of strangulation in her room. Leads were thin aside from a few prints on her sheets that couldn't be made out. Wondery Presents: The Apology Line

    Wondery Presents: The Apology Line

If you could call a number and say you’re sorry, and no one would know…what would you apologize for? For fifteen years, you could call a number in Manhattan and do just that. This is the story of the line, and the man at the other end who became consumed by his own creation. He was known as “Mr. Apology.” As thousands of callers flooded the line, confessing to everything from shoplifting to infidelity, drug dealing to murder, Mr. Apology realized he couldn’t just listen. He had to do something, even if it meant risking everything. From Wondery the makers of Dr. Death and The Shrink Next Door, comes a story about empathy, deception and obsession. Marissa Bridge, who knew Mr. Apology better than anyone, hosts this six episode series.

    Introducing: The Vanished

On the evening of October 6, 2019, Rosemary Rodriguez went to dinner with her boyfriend and her mother. On the way home, they dropped Rosemary's mother off and headed to her boyfriend's home. Two days later, a colleague called Rosemary's family to tell them she hadn't been to work, something very much out of character for Rosemary. Rosemary's family immediately called the police to report her missing. More than a year has passed since Rosemary's daughters last saw their mom, and every day seems to bring more and more dread that something awful happened. Delivery needs work... after 2 years???

Just because some people want to make a podcast, it doesn’t mean they should! A good pod requires more than just some research & the ability to read. First & last time for me

Enjoyable Conversation Style Podcast

My first 10 mins, I wasn’t sure. But further listening, I found it to be like an enjoyable conversation with some girlfriends. Not the true crime podcast style I’m used to, but it’s certainly a refreshing change! Keep it coming ladies!
