Reconnecting with Life

I believe that those of us who have felt detached from our life experience can return into an awareness that is entirely natural and rewarding. A variety of factors could have understandably brought us to a disconnected state, such as traumatic experiences, confusion, dissociative tendencies, long term discomfort, frustrations, hurt, patterns of worry, insecurities or any other difficult energies or events. This quick talk has ideas which may seem rather simple.
