Great concept but the young dude interviewer is terrible. Had to stop listening due to him constantly saying ‘Far Out’ and never asking the right questions. No wonder thus podcast is no longer.

Discovered this Depth Perception podcast earlier this year and have been addicted to it ever since. I am of the TripleJ generation from the 90's and really enjoy the guests whom have been appearing on this excellent podcast and the stories of their music life. I think it's obvious that who ever it is running this is not a journo or professional interviewer, but he does have a nice laid back style. If you need to start somewhere I recommend... Jim Moginie from Midnight Oil. Damian Cowell from TISM (although that episode appears to be gone now, why?) John Scott and Kim Scott from The Mark Of Cain. iOTA (the Doof Warrior from Mad Max). Tim Pittman. Jason Whalley from Frenzal Rhomb. Davis Claymore from Front End Loader. And recently the new episodes are outstanding from Peter Oxley from Sunnyboys Ray Ahn from Hard-Ons I just don't understand why this podcast is called Depth Perception? But anyhow, look forward to whoever is next on.

Jim Moginie an extremely interesting interviewee. Interviewer comes across as a typical sycophantic groupie. Really hard to listen to. Scene set right up front with the dreadful introduction.... not sure who he is. On the plus side - good on him for getting a long form discussion with Jim.
