Incredibly creative world building from the DM Luke with some excellent role playing from the immoveable rod ;) Seriously, as an Australian, it is incredible to me how many australianisms, Aussie culture, slang & swearing you have managed to cram in here - I love it!! You guys and girls are the best ^_^

It bums me out that it took me so long to find this podcast, the characters, dialogue and absurd situations will keep you entertained for hours. If you’re remotely interested in d&d you’ll love this. I can’t wait to see what’s next from the discount mystery gang!

I'm so happy I was told about this, I'm slowly catching up but so far it's one of my favorite things to listen to. I recommend this to everyone who loves Dungeons and Dragons as much as I do. Keep up the good work Fruitless Pursuits Team. (Do you still read this as a character? If so I'd like Alf the Steward to read mine)

DO NOT OPERATE HEAVY MACHINERY WHILE LISTENING TO THIS PODCAST! An awesome Dungeons & Dragons adventure with a good dash of Aussie-ness! Funny, crazy and mad! They even sometimes stick to the rules, but a great time is had by the players (including the DM) and all listeners.
