    What do you control? This is a big question. Our minds want to convince us that we are in control of everything and if we want to come back into a state of safety and balance in our expereince then we just need to "re-gain control" of it. Yet this is a delusion! You can't re-gain that which you never had access to in the first place. In order to optimise we have to let go of the things draining our precious life force energy and redirect it to something that builds it.
