Aaron grew up camping and hiking in the Uinta Mountains, but says he lost a bit of himself in his 20s and early 30s. He wasn’t eating well or exercising and didn’t feel healthy. He eventually turned back to hiking and trail running, but then got hit with the gut-wrenching revelation that he had cancer.
