FAR OUT #208 ~ Fire in the Belly: Tracking Anger, Rage & Frustration

As a culture we avoid talking about, expressing or feeling our anger. The closest we often get to it is saying we feel "frustrated" or "irritated." This inevitably leads to it spilling out sideways in unhealthy and unconscious ways. It also keeps us disconnected from a potent and vital source of energy. In this episode, we face our anger head on and discuss how we work with this tricky and powerful emotion.

Thoughtful, Inspiring, and Hilarious!

I've been listening to The Far Out Podcast for around a year now, and it is by far my favourite and most loved podcast. The personal journey Alasdair and Julie-Roxane share with us is interesting, inspiring, and frequently totally random. They have given me so much to think about over a broad range of philosophical concepts, and plenty of ideas to try out in my own life. My favourite episode is #120 - "What is Your Medicine?". Don't get scared off by the woo woo - it's a genuine discussion on what we receive from the world that helps pick ourselves up off the ground, and how we channel that energy back into what we can offer the world, which may help others. It's so much what Julie-Roxane and Alasdair are about. I love them, and I look forward to their updates every week.
