Hi Mike, I acquired tennis elbow from golf swing speed training and searched Google & YouTube for exercises to get rid of the pain. There is so much conflicting information, rest, don’t rest, don’t do the sport that caused it, light weights, heavy weights, stretch, don’t stretch, vibration machines etc. I was in pain for 7-8 weeks with zero improvement, then found your podcast with Dr Keith Baar and isometrics 👍, fantastic! within 1 week I was pain free and I believe in conjunction with light golf swing practice this has also assisted with the recovery.
