Ep 122 - Leading inclusivity in sports & workplaces with Dr Phil Hamdorf

In this week's podcast episode, I get to sit down with Dr Phil Hamdorf to talk about inclusivity for disabilities in sport and movement, and how we lead those conversations both with the athletes (or in Dr Phil's previous experience, patients) and in office.

Dr Phil is the CEO of the Australian Sporting Alliance for People with a Disability (ASAPD), a PhD of Exercise Science, and comes from a long experience of working in hospital clinical settings supporting, particularly, stroke victims to find supportive ways to help them move their bodies for both recovery, and physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
