    Loss of Identity - How to know where to start when you feel stuck

    "It's not what others need in the world, it's what you need in order to come alive, because the world needs more people who have come alive" - Brenè Brown In this weeks episode I share with you lots of prompts and exercises and a personal story around feeling lost, lacking purpose, feeling like you've lost your identity!!! I highly recommend listening with a pen and paper but I've also added some of the main prompts and exercises below for you to come back to. And don't forget to download the FREE Resource at the bottom of these show notes Prompts to work through: 1. I feel like I'm lacking purpose/feeling lost in my life because... 2. If I was to describe myself as feeling fulfilled - this is what it would look/feel like...  ...the person in charge of making this happen is...  3. But the things that I say to myself, the things that stop me from fighting for this fulfilment/happiness are... 4. Write in the middle of a peice of paper - 'Im at my happiest when...' and get in the moment of the feelings that make you 5. If you could describe what you truly desire in one paragraph/sentence based on your reflection from the Happiness Exercise what would that be?     3 things that helped me conquer anxiety & building confidence in yourself

    In this weeks episode I share with you the 3 Steps that can help you build more confidence and start moving out of the anxious-shit-storm-cycle. I think we can overcomplicate things when we have anxiety playing a part in our lives, or when we lack self-belief.  We allow the outside world to take a hold  We allow comparisonitis to take a hold  We crave validation as a 'check-in' to make sure we are actually doing shit right.  But what we forget is that we are all so different With different skills, personalities, upbringings, environments, different levels of support, We forget how bloody unique we each are And this is where we should be focussing our energy, time and learning. We need to focus on our uniqueness in order to build more confidence.  The ONLY way is this way.  If we focus on comparing with the outside world, we won't build confidence, because we would be trying someone elses version on. Looking at the outside world is important but important for one thing.  And that is inspiration & to remind you to get curious.
