Going Off Track is a weekly, interview show hosted by Benny Horowitz (The Gaslight Anthem) and producer Brad Worrell. The show was created in 2012 by Jonah Bayer, Steven Smith and Brad, when Steven (then a FuseTV host with Jonah his writer), realized that all the interesting conversations with guests were happening while the lights were being setup. Once cameras started rolling it was all about PR and record-label priorities. Prior to that they'd discuss skateboarding, cooking or just about anything else of interest to the artist. So was born the casual, "living room conversation" dynamic of Offtrack who's guest list leans towards the musical but with plenty of comedians, actors and generally interesting folks thrown in.
#356 - Noël Wells
Actor/comedian Noël Wells came on to tell us about her encounters with real ghosts and a childhood desire to run away and live in a giant pair of boots. Favorite guest host, Jeff Rosenstock validates her as a "real punk" while discussing her new album.
#355 - Doc Coyle
Heavy metal guitarist for Bad Wolves and God Forbid, Doc Coyle schooled us good on politics, cold showers and Jersey hard rock history. He also told us all about playing in the Metallica wedding band and his own Ex-Man podcast.
#354 - John O'Callaghan
The Maine frontman, John O’Callaghan aka John The Ghost in his solo project, checked in from sunny Phoenix to tell us what it is with that Arizona air that keeps bands happy. We also discussed baseball, loving your parents and pandemic pitbull puppies.
#353 - Brendan Kelly
The Lawrence Arms vocalist, Brendan Kelly checked in from America's windy city to regale us with tales, from his fcked-upbringing to amazing recording studios. Listen well, young punks, to the man who is too punk rock for Warped Tour. Fo' real.
#352 - Jake Brennan
Disgraceland podcast's Jake Brennan is a genius. Why? He combined true-crime and music to make an amazing show! But he's got some real music cred to back it up including playing in Boston hardcore band, Cast Iron Hike. Of course we get into all of it.
#351 - Lande Hekt
Lande Hekt of Muncie Girls has a new solo album that celebrates her coming out to the world. We had a delightful conversation with her about the album that she played all the instruments on, as well as her debilitating claustrophobia and sugar addiction.

How to listen to going off track...
Turn off the lights and light a candle
Tonight I'm in a romantic mood.
Put Going Off Track off...take a shower, shower together
Rub yourself down in some hot oils
Turn off the lights and let's get cozy
See, you're the only podcast in the world that I need
I wanna love you, love you all over, every episode...even the weird fat mike ones..
Over and over and over and over and over and over and over again
But in a less sexy way it’s rad podcast and even if I don’t know every guest...the interviews are always rad and honest and I can’t recommend this podcast enough.
