We unpack how chaos does not always mean something is going wrong. Sometimes it is a sign that something no longer fits the version of you that you are becoming. When you are living out of alignment with your next level self, your nervous system feels it long before your mind catches up. That misalignment often shows up as burnout, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, people pleasing, or constantly feeling busy but unfulfilled.
