Hilarious.
What a great podcast! The team discuss the issues in a straight to the point, frank and no BS way, with lots of humour, which I suppose you’d need working in HR & dealing with the wretched scum and villany of the workplace.
Also, Leigh….amazing! I could listen to her reading a phone book. Fantastic voice and accent! 🔥
Booger Sugar
As a HR “has been” I’ve never enjoyed listening to the suffering of other HR folks as much as I have in the first three episodes.
This beats going to another one of those conferences with bubbly people in white pant suits talking about how they at the age of 14 with three degrees transformed the culture at a Fortune 500 during the financial crisis of 2008 (aka made yogurt from old milk in break room during a two week internship) and HRIS sales folks with dubious nose blowing habits from too much booger sugar.
