I get a real sense of possibility that I can do 'it' by listening to this podcast. Empowering. Be my healthiest and strongest despite emotional eating. All emotions recognised as potentially influencing our eating and do whatever is useful for us to return to mindful eating. Not making ourselves wrong for it. For me, I also at times need to just lie on the floor flat on my back to get present again. Ready set go. Again and again. Thank you.
