This podcast is an excellent resource for anyone starting out or looking to improve themselves as a recruitment professional. It has guests from many different journeys in recruitment sharing useful, helpful and QUALITY information in an authentic way. Hishem’s passion for recruitment, knowledge and genuine delivery is so refreshing and in listening I have developed so much respect for him. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up to the Hector newsletter also as the content within is really valuable, clear and practical. For someone like me who is only beginning in their recruitment journey I can’t thank the team for sharing this information enough. It such a valuable resource.
