    Golf Blowout Victories and WiTricity CEO Joe Benz

    A weekend of blowout golf victories, a bad weekend for Boston sports, and WiTricity CEO Joe Benz on the future of golf carts. The new Cadillac Championship brought golf back to Doral and the Blue Monster, where Cam Young could do no wrong, even if nobody showed up to watch. The LPGA was in Mexico for the Riviera Maya Open, and Nelly Korda won again, continuing her great season of only finishing first or second. The Senior Tour's second major, the Regions Tradition, was won by 3 strokes by Steward Cink, who claimed his second major of the season and his fourth win of the season. The PGA TOUR made some official announcements about the 2027 season, and confirmed what we all knew: no more Hawaii to start the year. LIV Golf's free fall continues as PIF officially pulls its funding and players start to explore paths back to the PGA TOUR. The PGA TOUR now heads back to Charlotte for the Truist Championship, while the LPGA goes to NYC for the Mizuho Americas Open. Alex is headed to Las Vegas this week for gambling, food, and more. In Tuned In, Michael can't believe the finish at this weekend's Kentucky Derby, while Alex is in love with the man who couldn't wait on an airplane anymore. This week's goes is Joe Benz, the CEO of WiTricity, a company revolutionizing how golf carts get charged. Alex chats with Joe about how the company is making it easier than ever to use electric carts, plus what Joe's takes are on what goes on in his golf cart. Boston had one horrible weekend when it came to sports, as the Bruins and Celtics lost in the first round of their playoffs, at home, and the Red Sox continue to stink and the Mike Vrabel saga continues to look worse and worse.     The Uncertain LIV Future and Ryan Lenahan and Haley Sturgeon

    LIV golf has a bad week, and chats with club professionals in this week's PGA Professional Championship. The RBC Heritage went to a playoff where Matt Fitzpatrick took another win at Harbour Town. The Zurich Classic is next for the TOUR, where teams of two face off including the unlikely duo of Shane Lowry and Brooks Koekpa. LIV Golf's Mexico event was overshadowed by news that PIF was going to stop funding the breakaway tour. Uncertainty remains for the future of the rival circuit, as Alex and Michael discuss the possible landing spot for the marquee players left on LIV. The Senior PGA Championship included another hole-in-one for Miquel Angel Jimenez, and a low Sunday for a big win for Stewart Cink. The LPGA's KM Eagle LA Championship went to a 3-woman playoff as Hannas Green notched her third victory at the event in four years. The Chevron Championship starts the LPGA's major season, as Alex heads to Houston to catch the event and talk to the stars. Alex was enjoying catching the newest PopStroke in central Texas, while Michael got a weekend away in Chattanooga, TN. In Tuned In, Alex shares an update from COUCHella's second week, while Michael is catching the new America's Culinary Cup on CBS. This week's first guest is Haley Sturgeon, a club professional from Utah who qualified for this week's PGA Professional Championship and shares how she may be in a special place to play well for a chance for a spot at the PGA Championship at Aronimink. Ryan Lenahan made a weird mistake at last year's PGA Professional Championship, but he's back again this year and talks with Alex about his preparation and grind to get back to the PGA Championship. Alex and Michael question his greatness, plus everything else worth talking about at Augusta including Shane Lowry's Hole-In-One and the outrageous amount of Masters Merch people are buying. Alex is back from a week in sunny Marco Island, but not without more travel headaches. Alex also shares more of his wildlife adventures from Southwest Florida. In Tuned In, its the return of the Artemis II crew and the return of Coachella and Justin Beiber. This week's guest is professional golfer and instructor Lauren Beaudreau. Alex chats with Lauren who shares her journey from Notre Dame in teaching and playing in Southwest Florida. Plus, Lauren shares what it was like to make a hole-in-one at age 11 on a par four! Michael brings back a Fear of the Week as ticket prices to sporting events continue to soar, including to the FIFA World Cup. Tiger Woods' life continues to unravel as body-cam footage is released from his arrest and he travels to Zurich for treatment. Alex went down to San Antonio for the Valero Texas Open, where he asked Tommy Fleetwood about his new sponsorship deal at the early week press conference, before JJ Spaun sat and waited for victory on a marathon Sunday finish. The LPGA was in Las Vegas for the Aramco Championship, and past guest Lauren Coughlin took the win over a loaded field. The Masters is back to kick off the 2026 Major season, and Alex and Michael give their quick takes on what to expect at Augusta National. Alex jetted off from San Antonio for Marco Island, FL, where he is enjoying the Gulf Coast beaches and sunshine, as well as the natural wildlife. Alex enjoyed some time at the massive SXSW conference in Austin, checking out tech talks, movie stars, and getting some swag.
