    REPUBLISHED EPISODE Following the recents events in Bondi, if you missed previous episodes this was one not to be missed surrounding the events of radical islamic terrorist ideology (Denied by the government!) that occurred at the Lindt Cafe Sydney on the 15th December 2014.  On today's episode I sit down with the NSW Police Tactical Operations Unit Officer Ben Besant also known as "Officer A".  He was the TOU officer who killed the Lindt Cafe terrorist and he tells us about the moment he came face-to-face with the killer who terrorised Sydney and how he also expected to die also airing his frustration as senior police hesitated while a hostage was executed. Due to the multiple current suppression orders Ben's full name and identity to an extent is still kept anonymous. Ben Beasant aka "Officer A" VA (Medal of Valor) was brought up in the Hawkesbury north-west of Sydney.  'Officer A' was in the New South Wales Police Force for nearly 20 years. The Lindt Cafe siege was a terrorist attack that occurred on 15–16 December 2014 when a lone gunman, shit bag, held hostage ten customers and eight employees of a Lindt chocolate café in the APA Building in Martin Place, Sydney, Australia.     On today's episode of the Zero Limits Podcast, host Matty Morris sits down with former WA Police officer and Army Reservist, Lucinda Boon. After finishing school, Lucinda began her law-enforcement journey with the Western Australia Police as an Auxiliary Officer, serving just over four years before transitioning into a full Police Officer role. She also enlisted in the Australian Army Reserves during this time, taking on the demanding role of an infantry soldier. In 2018, only eight months into her duties as a general-duties officer, Lucinda attended a high-risk incident that would change her life forever. Faced with an armed male who threatened her and her partner with a large kitchen knife, Lucinda was forced to make a split-second decision.     On today’s  Zero Limits Podcast host Matty Morris chats with Jacob Turner former Australian Army 5RAR also Corrective Services Prison Guard and now pursuing an acting career. After leaving school, Jacob started a few odd jobs however after a short time he decided to join the Australian Defence Force. In 2009 he enlisted into the infantry and once finishing basic training and initial employment training he was posted to the 5th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment in Darwin. Only a few months after being posted to the unit he was quickly deployed to Afghanistan. After discharging he moved into the corrective services as a prison guard spending 6 years on the job.     On today's Zero Limits Podcast host Matty Morris chats with former New Zealand Army trooper Fin Johnson - Strength and Conditioning coach for UFC fighter Jack Della Maddalena Fin was born in Perth, WA however at a young age moved to NZ with his parents. After leaving school and working as a baggage handler, Fin decided to join the NZ Army more specifically the armoured corps. After complete basic, and specific training he was posted to Queen Alexandra’s Mounted Rifles. In 2012 Fin deployed to Afghanistan to the Bamiyan province in which 2012 tuned out to be the deadliest year for the NZ military and more specifically on this deployment 5 NZ soldiers were killed in action. After swiftly leaving the military Fin moved back to Perth and got into the fitness industry.
