    How Personalised Nutrition Helped Her Lose 23kg After Menopause | Sandra Davidson

    After menopause, Sandra began gaining weight rapidly and felt unlike herself. Despite trying different approaches, nothing seemed to work, and she felt frustrated and low in energy. At 57, weighing 92 kg, she decided to start the Metabolic Balance program with practitioner Diana Burgess. Within weeks she noticed positive changes, including reduced puffiness, improved energy, and better sleep with fewer night sweats. Over about six months, Sandra lost around 22 kg, reaching approximately 69 kg. Her blood test results also improved, showing positive changes in markers such as cholesterol. Sandra credits her results to the personalised nutrition plan, practitioner support, and staying consistent, even during busy or stressful periods. Today she feels healthier, more active, and motivated to maintain her wellbeing as she moves into her 60s and enjoys time with her family and grandchildren.
