#6. Self-Investigation: Getting to Know You! - Part Two

Yo yo yiggidy yo, it’s ya’ grrrrls again- Chaar and Jas xo In episode 6 we are continuing our conversation from last week which was all about getting to know yourself. Self investigation is soooo important because your self worth, which determines your confidence, ability to achieve goals and general mental health n’ happiness, is all rooted in how you feel about yourself. Living intentionally goes hand in hand with being authentically yourself, and that can’t come from a place of self hate. In order to love yourself enough to live the life you deserve, you must learn about who you are and what it is that makes you, you! In this episode we go on to discuss journalling: why it’s useful for us and some prompts you can do to self interview. We also chat about the reaaaal reality of inner child work (&play!)  facing the ugliness of doing shadow work, identity, self development, the power of saying NO and following your joy. We recommend some great resources to learn more about your past-selves so as to help your future self flourish. Let us know what you think!
