I thought I was already pretty confident in job interviews, but this podcast helped me to take my skills to the next level! I discovered the podcast completely by accident when I was looking for some hype content right before an interview. I absolutely smashed the interview - yay! BUT THEN, I was invited to interview for a second role, and I knew I had to make the most of this new goldmine I had discovered. I devoured the interview related episodes (with thanks to Sarah and Emma’s playlists which help you prioritise the best content) and was even better prepared for my second interview. What’s great about this podcast is that it takes you through the whole journey, and even after my interview I’m benefiting from advice around negotiating multiple offers, which role would make me happier, and how to succeed in my new role. I’ve recently been through quite the interview process and thanks to you both, I have just received an offer I am excited about. In December I saw what I thought was my dream job, I applied, I didn’t get it, but the hiring manager passed my CV onto another department director thinking I would suit another role better. This started a 6 week process, 3 interviews, meeting 7 different people in the business and being meticulously questioned about my skills, experience and passion for the work I’d be doing seen as it’s with a very values-led NFP. This role is a step up for me. It’s a senior role building and managing a bigger team than I ever have and doing lots of other fun and amazing things. Anyways, I listened to your podcast on the way to every interview and even through to when I negotiated on the offer and resigned from my job of 11 years yesterday 🥲 Your work really matters. Well done ❤️

I am currently on maternity leave and just moved back to my home town. My dream job just came up while on maternity leave in nsw health, I was really nervous going for the interview after being off for 6 months. Thanks for allowing me to tell my story, not just stuck to my skills and experience, which I’ve done in previous interviews. I didn’t get the job I applied for because there was already someone lined up for the job but because they really liked me they created a job. Thanks again, you girls are great!!
