Giving Effectively to Effective Charities [Henry Howard]
In this episode of It’s Never About Money, I am joined by Dr Henry Howard, a young Australian doctor who has devoted himself to make a positive impact on the world.
In his first year working as a doctor in 2021, he dedicated 50% of my income to effective charities. Now, he’s pledged to donate 10% of his income to effective charities for the rest of his life.

Learning Life’s Lessons Through AFL [Nick Maxwell]
As a society, we tend to glamourise achievements and outcomes. We rarely place as much importance on hard work and short term sacrifices that are required to meet our longer term goals.
In this episode, I am joined by Nick Maxwell, Collingwood Football Club Premiership captain. Nick’s story is filled with hurdles and setbacks, but his inner belief, drive and resilience helped him forge a highly successful AFL career.
