KarmaSocial Podcast SE3EP9 - "Shayno" The Bogan life coach Ft. Michael Albrecht

Let’s face it, the Aussie battler has it harder now than ever. Having a solid, top bloke in your corner like Shayno, maybe just what you might need during sketchy times. Simply hitting up old matey potatey next to you at work may not unlock the secrets to success you are truly looking for… Born in Logan on the south side of Brisbane in 1990, Shayno grew up with his brother and sister along with his folks. He pursued a career as a diesel mechanic, after leaving High school in Year 10. In last Sep 2019 he went through an experience that would forever change him. He attended a four day Transformational Event with a Motivational Speaker from the United States called Tony Robbins. He was so blown away by this event, he pledged to become a Life Coach and assist other aussies who are doing it tough out there. The Bogan Life Coach is the alter ego of Michael Albrecht.  Michael is a former Australian Army soldier, having spent 11 years in the full-time army, as well as two years of reserve service. He is 36 years old and lives in Brisbane, Queensland,Australia. During his military service he served on operations in The Solomon Islands, East Timor and two tours to Afghanistan. After separating from the full time army in 2015, Michael commenced designing a new life surrounding his ambition for being a coach and serving other military members. KarmaSocial Podcast SE3EP7 - Leanne Hardinge

Whether she's working with Aboriginal elders heading up a World Vision project to support them to become actively involved in their children's education; or slashing a large organisation's costs while doubling their output, Leanne Hardinge uses a strengths-based approach. This former stuntwoman turned leadership mentor is no fly-in, fly-out seagull who screeches loudly and moves on, but someone who works closely with organisations and uses state-of-the-art business tools to identify the passions, strengths and skills of their people to drive change and profitability. Leanne's thirty-year-plus career has had one key focus – working with people and leaders to understand their strengths and build teams that maximise their potential. From her first leadership role – heading a commission-based sales team of 213 people across Australia and New Zealand back in 1983 – she's forged a passionate career in team leadership and development across many social enterprise and business organisations.
