    95. If you're feeling tired right now

    Welcome back! In this episode we explore why so many of us may be feeling tired right now. I talk about how so many of us are tired of doing things in an old way that no longer works for us - measuring our worth based on productivity, output, how much money we earn - all of these outdated and unsustainable ways of operating and existing. I talk about how so many of us are craving a more intentional, slower and healthier way of living and being, and how if we want to see a new world, we need to begin to create it ourselves, through questioning the smallest ways we can begin to make changes and to dream up a new paradigm. The quote I share in this episode: “And every day, the world will drag you by the hand, yelling, “This is important! And this is important! And this is important! You need to worry about this!
