    Our bad weeks are gateways to expansion. What do we mean by this? Building upon the previous episode, the challenges that we go through in our lives can easily pull us back into our smallness.     We were on Struggle Street, you guys!  With all that is going on in our lives and businesses, our energy is just not there this week. We just feel so… off. And you know what, it’s alright. In this episode, we talked about the heartbreak of rejection, working through exhaustion and sickness, disappointment from unmet expectations, dealing with fears & self-doubts - and most importantly, accepting all these as part of the big lives that we want to live. We have to experience all of those emotions instead of bypassing them. We honour them instead of suppressing them. And we grow through them, instead of allowing them to get to us and make us retreat into our smallness. This is what it's like building and living our big audacious lives.     Episode 2 | Rejection, heartbreak… and a failed trip to London

    Buckle up, ladies and gentlemen! We have gone really vulnerable in this episode. We talked about our own fair share of rejections and some very personal stories that we haven’t spoken much about in public… and a particular story about a certain CEO with a prettyyy popular diary… Rejection is something that we experience universally as human beings, when we try and then we don't get some sort of recognition for our efforts. We get minimised, overlooked, deprioritised. There's a lack of empathy that was shown to us in those moments. We end up feeling so small and like... we're not good enough. Yes, we can be upset and hurt and bitter about these things for some time. Eat a lot of chocolates, bawl your eyes out, speak to your girlfriend when you need to. But in true Anna & Lara fashion, rejections won't bring us down. They don't dictate our true value in this world. There are just lessons to be learnt from those experiences. And in the end, all we have left is gratitude for them and a new-found drive to really just go for it! To never let anything disrupt or shake our self-worth, our inner knowing, our internal compass.
