She leads much of the adaptive work at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) in her role as Adjunct Associate Professor and brings her own unique blend of challenge and support to her private coaching and consulting work.

Most recently, Jarrod has co-founded the Centre for Relational Care (CRC) to achieve foundational policy, legislative and regulatory changes to the NSW child protection and out of home care system. For this work, Jarrod was named NSW Youth Worker of the Year (2014), NSW Young Australian of the Year (2019) and in 2022, was awarded the Order of Australia Medal.
