I’d heard about Matt from one of my karate students. I started training at royal fitness s year ago and not only has he taught me how to lift and train correctly , he has helped me find my inner strength again . He stands by his words and puts it all in action on the gym floor . His podcasts are full of in sight full bits of information and are up lifting and positive . He is a true genuine bloke .

Matt has an incredible amount of knowledge, not only in all things fitness but also business and mindset. His motivation is infectious. He makes you ask the hard questions of yourself and become accountable for your life and your outcomes. Thanks Bro
