Hosted by skeptic-at-heart Eric Huffman of The Story Church, Maybe God tackles the toughest topics related to faith - from doubts of Biblical proportions, sexuality, near-death experiences, shame, and so much more. Eric invites best-selling authors, psychiatrists, scientists, renowned Christian apologists, artists, atheists, and ordinary people in extraordinary situations to address the questions we all have about life, meaning, and the purpose for our existence. Through powerful storytelling and real vulnerability, he pushes as hard against religion as he does against secularism in search of the only thing that matters: truth.

What is Truth?
In a recent sermon at The Story Church, Maybe God Podcast host Eric Huffman answered one of the most profound questions people are asking about the Christian faith today: What is Truth?
Many people today are raising serious doubts about God, the Bible, and Christian beliefs. What if, instead of feeling threatened by our critics, Christians addressed the skeptic’s questions as the beginning of a potentially life-changing journey? Tune in this summer as Maybe God replays some of Eric Huffman's recent messages to both skeptics and believers encouraging them to engage in deeper conversations about God.

What's the Matter with Men?
Why do so many men today seem to be in a state of confusion and low grade angst? Why do men so often feel isolated and struggle to express their loneliness? Could it be that our world has grown increasingly hostile toward masculinity? New York Times bestselling author Jefferson Bethke offers a powerful call to men everywhere to step into the light of Jesus' model of masculinity. He joins Maybe God host Eric Huffman to talk about his latest book, Fighting Shadows, co-authored by well-known pastor and author Jon Tyson.

Should We Trans Children?
Soon after 12-year-old Chloe Cole discovered transgender ideology on social media, she began telling her friends and family that she was a boy. At age 13, she began taking testosterone and puberty blockers; two years later, she underwent a double mastectomy. Almost immediately after the mastectomy, regret set in and Chloe became one of many remorseful transitioners unable to reverse the damage done to their bodies. Now, despite the vitriol and hate she faces from the transgender community, Chloe is committed to warning kids and their parents about the dangers of gender-affirming care in minors. In this episode, Chloe explains how she became involved in the transgender movement, why she ultimately decided to walk away, and how this experience led her to believe in a higher power.

How Tammy Peterson’s Extraordinary Healing Sparked a Life-Changing Conversion
Before her childhood sweetheart Jordan Peterson catapulted into the public arena, Tammy Peterson was living a relatively ordinary life. Almost overnight, their family of four became central figures in an ever-raging culture war. As if these newfound pressures were not enough, Tammy was soon diagnosed with a rare, fatal cancer. But as she shares with Maybe God guest host Justin Brierley, the very thing that aimed to end her life birthed a surprising new faith in God and conversion to Catholicism.

Just saying…
I was listening to Pastor Huffman’s podcast on ‘Are angels and demons real?’ as I was driving home from work. At the same moment he said the word ‘darkness’ in the podcast, I drove past a billboard on the expressway that said ‘God is light and in Him there is no darkness at all’.
I smiled upwards and kept driving.
Thought provoking
I absolutely love this podcast! I follow David Bennett on Facebook and he mentioned that he was interviewed for this podcast. What a find! I love the considered thought put into these subjects. I love that the people who are interviewed have diametrically opposing views and yet remain respectful and hav a genuine faith. I have only listened to three episodes but I am so excited that I have so many more ahead of me.
