I listened to a couple of episodes while on a 'get lost walk'- walking anywhere within 5km whilst I'm locked down in so-called Sydney. So grateful to have come across episode 99 with Dr Ihi Heke about connection to environment as health. I whakapapa Māori and loved the ep! Same with ep 103 The City Moves You. Thanks so much for such quality podcast that covers the topics I've been looking for! Nga mihi, Daisy
Highly recommend for those with pain

A great podcast, full of things I always instinctively, for instance I have always hated wearing shoes feeling that they were like wearing mittens and that I couldn’t move properly in them. Don’t get me wrong I don’t actually go barefoot much at all. As a kid I barefooted a lot but as I grew up and moved to a cooler climate I became accustom to wearing shoes or at least socks. More recently I have been trying to save on heating by wearing my shoes more and I have started to have foot problems. After hearing Katies and other experts views on feet and shoes I have brought a pair of Vibram five fingers and I’m loving them. Also doing more time barefoot arroyng the house or just in socks. thank you Katie for teaching that my body know best!
Highly recommended.

Such a great podcast, I love Katy's down to Earth approach and realistic take on life. Not a huge fan of the recent "Stephanie era", definitely prefer and miss Dani. Either way, this podcast is absolute GOLD in information!
