Awesome content and guests!!

I’ve recently made a big shift in my approach to Physiotherapy, moving into a much more movement focused facility and moving away from the more passive approaches I was taught at uni and private practice. Since I found this podcast I’ve been basically listening to it non-stop, there is so much helpful content and so many interesting guests with new perspectives. You don’t have to be a health professional to get a lot out of it too - basically if you’re into movement you should listen in!!

Movement Fix 2018 Review

Ryan has some amazing guests on his podcasts, and the topics covered are generally interesting and relatable to work in allied health and the fitness industry.

I have found that more recent episodes have been frustrating to listen to, as Ryan’s style of interviewing has changed, and he is much more willing to interrupt his guests to provide personal insights. While sometimes this adds value, the majority of the time it breaks the flow of the interview unnecessarily.

Ryan’s amazing knowledge, however, is much better displayed in the podcast episodes where he addresses the audience directly on a topic. I can highly recommend the episode he recorded on static stretching.

Awesome information for beginners and experts

The movement fix podcast is amazing for always bringing knowledge and awareness for all things related to movement. His guest are leaders in their fields. Ryan is thoughtful and thought provoking, he simplifies points so that everyone from beginners to the health care professional (I myself am a chiropractor) can understand and gain something from listening to this podcast.
