Resilience is defined in the dictionary as "the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness." I would add that it also means that you are better equiped to exist and survive (even thrive) in life's challenges and hard times. I love this topic and can honestly say that much of my strength and resilience has been borne from my struggles.

The continuing ripples and waves of COVID impacts keep coming and shifting things in my business - sometimes for the worse and sometimes for the better.
