Jennifer was a teacher for years until she had unbearable post natal depression which led to a complete career change to being a full time life coach. She specialises in women's mental health with a qualification in neuroscience.

Jennifer helps women move forward from toxic relationships with family members, partners, colleagues and more and helps people become comfortable with setting boundaries, saying no and the aftermath of saying no. It’s such an interesting episode and so valuable for all women.
