I love your podcasts so much I get sad when I’ve caught up on all your content! Your outlook on life and the way you speak is so motivating and inspirational, I would love 45 minute - 1 hour podcasts as well! You have such a healthy perspective on wellness. I love that you promote wellness being a ‘feeling’ rather than a ‘look’. You have motivated me and bettered my life in many ways - I now journal, make my bed, drink plenty of water, prioritise skin care, listen to what my body needs and religiously complete a morning routine that makes me feel good. Thank you, you are incredible. You are a blessing.
