At just 17 years old and homeless, Harry Sanders started his business, Studio Hawk, in 2015. He has achieved numerous accolades such as Forbes 30 Under 30, B&T's Entrepreneur of the Year, and won the Australian Business Award for Marketing and Innovation. He has also been recognized as the Best Large SEO Agency at the APAC Search Search Awards for 3 consecutive years. At the age of 26, he has managed to accomplish so much. In addition to his professional success, he is also an ambassador for the Lighthouse Foundation and donates all of his speaking fees to combat youth homelessness.

Andy Steele is a former Australian military and special forces commando with a decorated career that included deployments to East Timor, Iraq, Afghanistan also serving in the domestic counter terrorism team.

Andy has never talked about his career and he opened up about his experiences for the first time. During this conversation we discuss the impact of being the team commander during the tragic live fire training incident of Mason Edwards that still weighs heavily on him. He shares combat stories and some of the lighter unexpected realities of war, such as being shot at while going to the bathroom. This candid discussion allows his family and listeners to gain insight into the challenges and sacrifices he faced during his military service.

The podcast has been sadden to hear the news of Jayo Archer's recent passing whilst practicing his Triple Backflip. As a team we wanted to pay tribute to the incredible force that was Jayo. As Jayo wanted to inspire people we thought we would republish his episode so more of you can hear how inspiring he was and as a reminder to travel your own path in life. This episode was recorded prior to him achieving the Triple Backflip in competition. He did however let it slip that he had achieved it in practice. Yes I got the world exclusive!...realising his mistake, he asked me to take it out. So...I did. He seemed indestructible, listening it is not hard to understand why.
Sadly, the world lost a good one.
Thoughts are with his fiancée, family and friends.

Adam Holloway is an avid student of military history and an expert in World War I. His interest in the Great War began at a young age and was sparked by researching his own family history. Through this research, he discovered that 11 of his ancestors had fought in World War I, and were prolific letter writers, providing valuable insights into life on the front lines.
