#127 - Briana Bowley - Do something that lights you up!

#127 Do something that lights you up! This week we chat to one of my favourite humans, Briana Laurel Bowley. We talk about her experience with weight loss, homelessness and chasing her dream... even when it seemed unlikely. Briana and I were lucky enough to meet last year at bridge & extreme, where she was my 'blind cuddles' buddy. Since then her growth and commitment to herself has inspired me to find the same resilience and fire within me. I hop you enjoy it!

#125 - Bryn Edwards - Our addiction to knowing

#125 - Bryn Edwards - Our addiction to knowing

This week we're back to chat with Bryn Edwards, host of WA real, to talk about conspiracies, narcissism, psyche, shadow, knowing and a whole lot more.
I've gotta be honest, I came into this interview believing that Bryn was of the same belief as me, that "we need to stand up and fight for our rights".... BOYYY was I wrong lol.
Bryn came in absolutely firing and spoke into what he sees playing out in those that are taking a stand for either side. Let me be clear, this will trigger some of you, but if you're open to receiving, I know this will be one of the most powerful, profound and aligning interviews you will listen to.
This conversation was the loving slap in the face that I needed to move from a state of resistance and anxiety, to one of surrender, openness and ultimately peace.
I really do hope you enjoy this.

What A Knack For Keeping The Conversation Flowing!

I can’t get enough of this podcast. The two main drawcards that pull me in are the type and range of guests, as well as Lachlan’s complete sense of keeping the conversation on the subject, and the guest, for maximum benefit of the listeners. So many podcast hosts bring the story back to themselves continuously, but not here. In a selfless, genuinely interested in the guest type of manner, Lachlan resists any temptation to relate things back to him or regale stories of his own, unless it’s relevant. Beautifully sculpted, non-narcissistic, fascinating chatter. Thank you.
